Painboyz are a class of Oddboy responsible for “treating” injuries Ork physiology can’t deal with, such as completely severed limbs. An Ork will only go to a Painboy when he has no other choice, as they are infamous for experimental procedures on patients under anesthesia (known as “concussion” to other races).
